My new bargain bracelets

pair of braceletsOK, I’m showing off again. Yesterday, I found not one but two cute bracelets for $5 at Equip. (One of my favourite places in Sydney for cheap accessories.)

I’m really pleased because bracelets are something I rarely buy, even though they finish off an outfit so well. I always think that a necklace, earrings or a ring are a better purchase because I only wear bracelets with short sleeves. It’s warm enough to wear short sleeves in Sydney about eight months of the year, so it’s quite illogical that I didn’t have any… but now I do!

These are the ones I bought:

‘Gold’ bracelet, $4

$4 bracelet

Red bangle, $1

$1 bracelet

Now me, I always buy bracelets — I have tons of them. That’s because I buy 3/4 length sleeves which always look good with bracelets. I avoid long and short sleeves because my arms are short and fat — 3/4 makes them look halfway decent and has the added convenience of being year ’round.

Mazel tov on the new additions! Wear them in good health!

I have to agree with you there! But not as much happiness as shoes bring…
