I just got my laptop back with a new hard drive installed, so I’m finally back online.

Margaret: I hadn’t backed up for a few weeks, but luckily they were able to recover all my data from the broken hard drive before they replaced it. Phew!

I do hope you had back up.
When my laptop was stolen on Christmas Eve last year, my latest backup was on Nov 11th. Not Good. ( an IT teacher not practising what she teachers!)
